Educational Qualification:
- General Manager (HR) – Graduate with full-time MBA/MSW or equivalent with HR/IR specialization
- Joint General Manager (Finance) – Graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India
