Qualification: a degree of post basic B.Sc (Nursing) or Basic B.Sc (Nursing) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and recognized by Indian Nursing Council ; or (ii) a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and recognized by Indian Nursing Council or the Gujarat Nursing Council.
